Brent Norton
President
Brent oversees the Miles of Golf custom fitting process, steering The Cluboratory with his profound expertise in golf club technology and fitting techniques. Renowned among leading golf club manufacturers, Brent's insights are frequently sought after for feedback on new clubs and fitting systems. A dedicated Ohio State Buckeye supporter, Brent resides in Ann Arbor, bringing his passion for golf and sports to our team.
Connor Dillon
General Manager, Ann Arbor
Connor grew up across the street from Green Meadows Golf Course in Monroe and began playing at age 5. He played in many junior events alongside fellow club fitter Nate Lammers at Ida High School, winning two league titles and qualifying for the State Championship. As an avid golfer, Connor started at Miles of Golf as a cashier while attending Monroe County Community College in 2016.
Pete Smith
General Manager, Cincinnati
Pete oversees all aspects of our Cincinnati facility, from our golf shop to our fun center. He graduated with a BBA in management from Eastern Michigan University in 2007 and joined the Miles of Golf team shortly after as a club fitter. As Pete has grown with the company, his job responsibilities have changed, but club fitting is still at his core. Pete is TrackMan Level 2 Certified and Quintic Ball Roll Level 1 Certified.
Zach Martin
Director of Sales & Purchasing
Zach has enjoyed working in the Golf Industry for the past 16 years. His experience includes retail management, club repair, fitting, OEM operations and analytics. At Miles of Golf, Zach oversees the purchasing working directly with manufacturers and their reps to ensure the shop has what our customers need when they need it. Zach enjoys all aspects of the game and is grateful for the relationships that have grown as a result of our shared passion as golfers.
Nick Broumand
Entertainment Director
A native of Ann Arbor, Nick fondly remembers his first visit to Miles of Golf at age six, a moment that sparked his lifelong passion for golf. After more than ten years in hospitality and retail, he followed his heart into the golf industry. Beyond his professional life, Nick actively competes in local tournaments like the Ann Arbor and Livonia city tournaments, demonstrating his commitment and love for the game.
Luke Nesbitt
Marketing Director
Picking up golf at the age of 12, Luke started working in club repair at age 15 and hasn’t looked back since. Luke was an accomplished golfer at Clarkston High School; having won back to back conference championships as a team his junior and senior year, as well as taking the individual title his senior year. He continued his competitive career in college at Saginaw Valley State University, and still competes in amateur tournaments around the state and country.

Chris Mile
Chris, a former Michigan high school golf champion and University of Miami (FL) golf team captain, has enjoyed unparalleled fulfillment from developing Miles of Golf into a key component of the Ann Arbor golf scene. His impressive resume includes being a two-time runner-up in the Michigan Amateur and coaching a state-champion Greenhills High School Golf Team. Chris, who holds degrees from the University of Miami and Columbia Business School, has a diverse background in managing small businesses in New York City and Michigan prior to founding Miles of Golf.

Doug Davis
Doug helped develop our top-ranked practice facilities, ensuring a premier experience at Miles of Golf since 1996, even heating range balls in winter for optimal performance. A Ypsilanti native and standout athlete, Doug was an All-State golfer and medalist in the Michigan high school championship with Ypsilanti High. As captain of the University of Michigan Golf Team, his achievements include winning the Golf Association of Michigan Stroke Play Tournament and the GAM Mid Amateur. In 1996, he earned the prestigious Boyne Cup, recognizing him as the state's top amateur golfer.
